Richard Keyes – Managing Director
Richard graduated from University with a degree in Marketing. Shortly after he joined the marketing team of British Gas and continued to build on his experience of telemarketing. Richard then went on to join Taylor Cocks as the marketing manager and worked closely with Portsmouth’s SMEs to develop direct marketing campaigns. Richard formed RedWasp Marketing Limited as a professional services lead generation company which now works with some of the souths largest firms.

Will Prentice – Operations Director
Will is a direct marketing specialist with over fourteen years experience in sales and marketing. As a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming he has acted as a sales and marketing consultant for a number of major companies. Until recently Will was advising the UK’s largest energy supplier and was head hunted to develop RedWasp's sales force. Will regularly writes academic papers on the principles of sales and marketing and will be hosting seminars in the Portsmouth area in the near future.

Sophie has worked in sales for her whole career, starting in retail management and progressing to Sales and Marketing. Having worked for various companies in this field, Sophie chose to specialize in B2B marketing with RedWasp Marketing. Sophie’s combination of sales knowledge, and desire to succeed helped her rise to and fulfill the role of Campaign Development Manager for the past year.

Andrew Meldrum – Team Manager
Andy has been working in sales for 6 years and has a genuine passion for it. All of Andy’s sales experience has been telephone based and feels confident that it has given him a solid foundation for an exciting career. Andy feels he can pursue his ambitions and fulfil his potential working at RedWasp Marketing.

Mark Brookes – I.T Manager
Mark is an I.T graduate from Portsmouth University. Mark heads up Red Wasps internal I.T function and is responsible for the maintenance and development of the custom built Red Wasp Dialler. The Red Wasp Dialler has already cost over £150,000 and provides a complete call centre solution including digital call recording, automated real time reports and campaign analysis and forecasting tools.
